Capitalising on the wealth of experience in her team, former India captain and Hockey Soorma club mentor Rani Rampal said the players are imparting ball skills and knowledge to each other making for a great combination as they geared up for the inaugural edition of the women’s Hockey League.
“The training session was good, we have many players from different countries like Holland, Germany, Argentina, New Zealand and England so they are mixing up well with other players, our players learn from them and they also try to learn some of our skills because I think Indians have been one of the best in terms of skills,” Rani told PTI Videos on Wednesday.
“So I think it helps the players to learn a lot from each other, so really looking forward to seeing that combination in the tournament,” she added.
