Coolie: Rajinikanth returns to Chennai after Bangkok shooting
On January 7, 2025 Rajinikanth was seen leaving to Bangkok, Thaliland for Coolie shooting. Now, after 20 days, the Superstar is back in Chennai. Rajinikanth had informed reporters while leaving for Thailand that his Coolie schedule in Bangkok is planned from January 13 till January 28. Rajini had also revealed back then that 70% of Coolie shooting was complete.
A video of Rajinikanth exiting the Chennai airport, greeting his fans is in wide circulation at the moment. In the video, the star actor is brought to notice by Tamil media reporters of actor Ajith Kumar’s Padma Bhushan honour. Rajinikanth is seen leaving in his car after congratulating Ajith Kumar for the award.
Coolie written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is a multi-starrer action thriller produced by Sun Pictures. After wrapping Coolie, Rajinikanth is all set to begin Jailer 2 with director Nelson Dilipkumar, also under the Sun Pictures production banner. Both Coolie and Jailer 2 have music by Anirudh Ravichander.
