Gentlewoman: Lijomol Jose, Losliya intrigue with their parallel world story
Gentlewoman starring Lijomol Jose, Hari Krishnan, and Losliya Mariyanesan in the lead is an upcoming Tamil movie that is all set to release in theaters on March 7, 2025. Gentlewoman had a teaser drop this evening, and the video features Lijomol Jose and Losliya as two women being double-timed by Hari Krishnan’s character.
“Crimes against women are often physical in nature because society views women’s bodies as objects or commodities. This film delves into that subject, questioning societal myths and beliefs about women. The movie tells the story of two women. Although the storyline discusses women’s issues, it isn’t a feminist film. It is inspired by real events in society”, writer, director Joshua Sethuraman has said of his debut movie Gentlewoman.
Gentlewoman also stars Rajiv Gandhi, Dharani, Vairabalan, Nanditha Sreekumar, Sudesh, among others. The film is a joint production venture of Komala Hari Pictures, and One Drop Ocean Pictures; Uthraa Productions is the distributor of the movie.
The technical crew of Gentlewoman includes Govind Vasantha for music, Sa.Kathavarayan for cinematography, Elayaraja Sekar for edits, A. Amaran for production design, Yugabharathi for lyrics, and dialogues, Sudesh for action, Azar for choreography, Sathya for costume design. Divo Music holds the audio rights to Gentlewoman.
