BISON: Dhruv Vikram, Mari Selvaraj film wraps shooting
The shooting of Bison, actor Dhruv Vikram’s upcoming film with director Mari Selvaraj has wrapped shooting. Taking to X last evening, Dhruv Vikram wrote, “After years of preparation, several months of filming, shedding blood, sweat and tears, it’s finally a wrap on #BISON. The process of shooting and prepping for this film has changed my life.”
BISON is a sports biopic on Kabbadi player turned politician Manathi P Ganesan, who is only one of the two Kabbadi players from Tamil Nadu to receive the second-highest sporting honour of India, the Arjuna award. The film was officially announced in 2021.
Applause Entertainment and director Pa. Ranjith’s Neelam Productions have jointly produced BISON. The movie’s technical crew includes Nivas K Prasanna for music, Ezhil Arasu K for cinematography, Sakthi Tiru for edits, Kumar Gangappan for art, and Dhilip Subbarayan for action.
