Retro: Kerala theatrical rights bagged, New Eid poster feat. Suriya
Retro, Suriya’s 44th movie is the actor’s home production, and the film written, directed, and co-produced by Karthik Subbaraj releases in theaters on May 1, 2025. Marking the occassion of Eid al-Fitr, one of the two main festivals in the Islam religion, the makers of Retro unveiled a new poster featuring Suriya as ‘the one’.
It was also revealed that Retro‘s Kerala release is by Vaika Merryland.
Retro has Santhosh Narayanan for music. The movie also stars Pooja Hegde, Joju George, Jayaram, Karunakaran, Nassar, Prakash Raj, Nandita Das, George Maryan, Remya Suresh, Shriya Saran (dance cameo), among others.
