AA22XA6: Allu Arjun, Atlee film gears up for Pongal/Sankranti release
It has now been officially announced that Sun Pictures’ new ‘magnum opus’ is a mega budget fantasy film, written and directed by Atlee and starring Telugu actor Allu Arjun in the lead. Tentatively titled AA22XA6 after Allu Arjun 22 and Atlee 6, this new movie’s announcement video was released with BTS footages of the team visiting the Lola VFX center in LA, California.
Talking about AA22XA6, Justin Raleigh who won an Oscar in 2022 for Best Makeup And Hairstyling for the film The Eyes of Tammy Faye (2021), said, “I’m very very excited about all the creature potential, all the different character potential”. Justin Raleigh is a CEO and artistic director at ‘Fractured FX’, one of the many US-based companies AA22XA6 makers will be working with.
An official announcement on AA22XA6 cast and crew is currently awaited. MovieCrow learns that the Atlee, Allu Arjun movie will release for Pongal/Sankranti 2027.
