Manu Bhaker headlines India squad for first two Shooting World Cups of 2025

Double Olympic medallist Manu Bhaker has ensured her participation in World Cups to be staged in Argentina and Peru.

The 23-year-old Manu figures in both air pistol and sports pistol squads for the first two World Cups of the season, in the list of teams announced by the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI).

However, the other two shooting Olympic medallists in Paris, Sarabjot Singh and Swapnil Kusale have not made the national team.

Quite notably, Saurabh Chaudhary – Asian Games gold medallist, Olympic finalist and multiple World Cup gold medallist – has got selected for air pistol.

The first World Cup for rifle, pistol and shotgun is scheduled to be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from April 1 to 11. The second World Cup in all three disciplines will be hosted in Lima, Peru, from April 13 to 22.
