A Valladolid winger almost catches up with the ball but Ter Stegen comes off his line quickly and collects the ball.
Raphinha takes a thumping shot from the free-kick but the attempt just grazes over the crossbar!
Dani Olmo curls it past the wall but Ferreira makes yet another wondrous save, saving Valladolid from an embarrassing scoreline.
Yamal there almost tricks his past a few defenders and goes through on goal but he is stopped. Barcelona with a free-kick now.
Brilliant goal line clearance from Candela as Yamal tries to tap the ball into the back of the net by meeting Martin’s attempt to head Garcia’s cross down and across to the Spanish youngster.
Gavi seems to have pulled have a muscle and he is down on the pitch. He is replaced by Eric Garcia.
Ter Stegen is forced to sprint into action, for perhaps the second time in this match, as the ‘keeper gets his hands up to stop a shot. Barcelona continues to lead.
Hector Fort almost scores a third for Barcelona! The right-back shows his quick feet as he moves away from a sea of Valladolid shirts and takes a shot but the upright denies him his much-deserved goal!
Fermin Lopez with a wonder strike to get Barcelona the lead for the first time in the match! A cutback finds Lopez at the edge of the box and the midfielder curls it past Ferreira!
Substitute Raphinha equalises for Barcelona! Ferreira once again comes off his line to parry away a cross but the rebound is slotted into the back of the net by the Brazilian! Game on!

SAVE! Ferreira once again punches the ball over the crossbar as Raphinha’s direct attempt threatened to nestle into the back of the net.
The trailing side has started the second half strong, keeping the ball and passing it around, trying to breach Valladolid’s defence.
While the first half stats were in favour of Barcelona in terms of threat posed to its opponent, the score favours Valladolid. The second 45 minutes begin with the Catalans chasing a one-goal deficit.

Rodriguez goes for goal once again, this time from distance, but it fizzes past the far post as Ferreira doesn’t have to spring to action there.
Dani Rodriguez cuts in from the right flank and transfers the ball onto his left foot and lets a shot fly, but he completely gets underneath it and fluffs his chance. The ball rises and goes above and beyond the crossbar.
Fati is played through on goal and he tries to hit one on the target but a defender comes across and makes a crucial interception to clear the ball behind for a corner. The corner too doesn’t bear any fruit for the Catalans.
Barcelona almost equalises! Pau Victor with a thumping header on target which forces ‘keeper Ferreira to outstretch an arm and tip the ball over the crossbar. Important save for the host!
Almost a second there for the home side! A Valladolid player on the left win runs into the opposition box and takes a grounded shot but Ter Stegen gets low on time and makes his first stop of the match.

It feels like Barcelona got a break in its Spanish league schedule.
After a drenching 3-3 draw with Inter Milan in the semifinals of the Champions League on Wednesday, the Catalan club will resume its run for the league title against a struggling Valladolid squad on Saturday.
It will be the perfect opponent for Barcelona coach Hansi Flick to rest some of his top players ahead of next week’s second leg against Inter in Italy.
