Vidaamuyarchi: VJ Ramya’s cast announcement comes with a new Ajith Kumar still!
Vidaamuyarchi starring actor Ajith Kumar in the lead is an upcoming Pongal 2025 release, that is all set to hit theaters in January. Lyca Productions, the banner behind Vidaamuyarchi officially announced on Friday evening that actress Ramya Subramanian, better known as VJ Ramya has joined the cast of this film.
Ramya’s cast announcement was made with a brand new behind-the-scenes still from the shooting spot, and the actress is seen alongside Ajith in it.
Vidaamuyarchi is currently in its final leg of shooting. The movie has Anirudh Ravichander for music, and has Trisha playing female lead. Vidaamuyarchi is the Tamil adaptation of the Hollywood road thriller Breakdown (1997), written and directed by Jonathan Mostow, and produced by Dino De Laurentiis Company, Spelling Films, and Paramount Pictures (distributor).
