Fans were taken aback by actor Vishal’s frail health during the promotional event for Madhagajaraja.

The film, directed by Sundar C., is finally releasing after a 12-year delay, and the event took place in Chennai yesterday. Vishal, who attended the occasion, appeared visibly unwell. Struggling to hold the microphone steady, his hands trembled as he spoke.

Host DD later clarified, “Vishal has a viral fever. Despite having a high fever, he made it a point to attend the event.” A video of the actor speaking with shaky hands quickly went viral online, prompting an outpouring of concern from fans wishing him a speedy recovery.
