‘Zero Se Restart’ trailer: Vidhu Vinod Chopra navigates ‘creative chaos’ in crafting ‘12th Fail’
Veteran filmmaker and producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra on Tuesday (December 3) unveiled the trailer of Zero Se Restart, his upcoming documentary film on the making of his blockbuster 2023 directorial 12th Fail.
The trailer begins to show the laurels 12th Fail has received from imminent celebrities like Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Allu Arjun, Alia Bhatt, Anil Kapoor and Karan Johar, as well as from the media and top film criticism websites.
The trailer then shows montages of what transpired behind the scenes of 12th Fail, punctuated by some candid moments of Chopra on the sets of the film.
In a press release, the makers called Zero Se Restart as a “ground-breaking tale of creative chaos,” one that brings Chopra’s “unapologetically bold and raw storytelling to the forefront, presenting a vision that feels refreshingly unfiltered and authentic.”
The documentary film is narrated, edited and directed by Jaskunwar Kohli. It has music by Shantanu Moitra, who composed the music for 12th Fail.
Also produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Zero Se Restart is set to release in theatres on December 13. Notably, the film premiered at the International Film Festival of India in Goa.
