Miss You: Siddharth, Ashika Ranganath starrer gets new release date
Miss You starring actors Siddharth, Ashika Ranganath is an upcoming rom-com written and directed by N. Rajasekar of Mapla Singam (2016), and Kalathil Santhippom (2021) fame. The movie was supposed to release on November 29, 2024, but owing to the turbulent weather conditions in Tamil Nadu caused by the Cyclone Fengal rains and storms, the makers officially announced a postponement last Wednesday.
Red Giant Movies, Tamil Nadu distributor of the movie, has now officially announced that the new Miss You release date is December 13, 2024. Also starring Karunakaran, Balasaravanan, “Lollusabha” Maran, Sastika, among others, Miss You is produced by 7 MILES PER SECOND production banner.
With a runtime of 125 minutes i.e. 2 hours and 5 minutes, Miss You revolves around Vasu (Siddharth) who meets Subbulakshmi (Ashika Ranganath) in a coffee shop. How their lives change post their romance and their balance between the past and the present, while moving towards the future is what forms the rest of the story.
Miss You has Ghibran for music, K.G.Venkatesh for cinematography, Dinesh Ponraj for edits, Dinesh Kasi for action, Siva Sankar for art, Ashok Kumar, Nandhitha Ramesh for costume design, R. Ashok for dialogues, and screenplay by N. Rajasekar, R. Ashok. Lyricist Mohan Rajan has penned the words of the songs in this movie.
