It was my mistake to put that film on OTT. Suriya’s stunning revelations

Suriya is one of Kollywood’s most in-demand actors. He just completed his work on the film Ganguava, directed by Siruthai Siva. The film, produced by Gnanavel Raja and distributed by Studio Green, will be released on the 14th. The film’s promotion is in full throttle, with its release date just a few days away.

Suriya discussed the film ‘Jai Bhim’ during a promotional event.

The story goes: “While coming out of the theatre after watching the film ‘Annath’ directed by Siva, an old man was enquiring about tickets for the film Jai Bhim.”

I approached him and informed him that the film Jai Bhim had not been released in theatres. It was launched via over-the-top (OTT). “But he didn’t understand it. “That’s when I realised that releasing Jai Bhim on OTT was a mistake,” he explained.
