MS Dhoni dresses up as Santa Claus, celebrates Christmas with family
Former Indian captain M.S. Dhoni dressed up as Santa Claus to celebrate Christmas with his family on Wednesday.
Sakshi, Dhoni’s wife, shared the images of herself, daughter Ziva and Dhoni in a Santa Claus costume on Instagram with the caption “Christmas.”
Dhoni played 90 Tests, 350 ODIs and 98 T20Is for India and led the country to ODI World Cup, T20 World Cup and Champions Trophy titles. He retired from international cricket in 2019. However, the 43-year-old continues to play for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Five-time IPL champion CSK have retained former captain Dhoni as an ‘uncapped player’ for just Rs. 4 crore. This was made possible after the IPL reinstated a rule, originally introduced in 2008, which allows Indian players who have been retired from international cricket for at least five years to enter the auction as uncapped players.
