Sportstar ACES Awards 2025 Voting Lines Open!

As we bid farewell to an extraordinary year for Indian sports, it’s time to express our gratitude to the trailblazers who brought us glory.

The seventh edition of the Sportstar ACES Awards is just around the corner, and we’re excited to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our sports heroes.

The year 2024 has been a testament to India’s growing prowess in various sports disciplines. We’ve witnessed the emergence of a new chess sensation in D. Gukesh, the youngest world chess champion in history. Our chess teams, both men’s and women’s, struck gold at the Olympiad in Budapest. The Indian men’s cricket team ended its ICC trophy drought with a triumphant T20 World Cup campaign. Moreover, our Olympians and Paralympians delivered outstanding performances at the Paris Summer Games.

Now, it’s your turn to acknowledge their hard work and dedication.

We invite you to cast your vote in the five Popular Choice Awards categories: Sportsman of the Year, Sportswoman of the Year, National Team of the Year, Club/State Team of the Year, and Sporting Moment of the Year. Simply click on this link to vote: ( ). Please note that the voting lines for #SSaces2025 will remain open until 31 January 2025.

The winners of the 16 Jury Awards will be chosen by an elite panel headed by legendary Indian cricketer Sunil Gavaskar. Olympic gold medallist Abhinav Bindra, former India hockey captain M. M. Somaya, chess great Viswanathan Anand, and Olympians Anjali Bhagwat and Aparna Popat complete the jury.

Furthermore, we’ll be presenting a special Chairperson’s Award for Sports for Social Good, which recognises individuals or organisations that have leveraged the power of sports to create a positive impact on society.

Let’s come together to celebrate the achievements of our sports heroes and inspire the next generation of athletes. Cast your vote today and be a part of this exciting celebration!
