Trisha announces time off work in lieu of her pet’s death

Actress Trisha is currently awaiting the release of Identity (Malayalam), and  Vidaamuyarchi (Tamil) in January, 2025. At this time, the Tamil star shared unfortunate news of her pet’s death early Christmas morning. Trisha’s 12 year old California doodle breed dog Zorro, whom she and her family members raised as a part of their family, passed away on December 25, 2024 (Wednesday).

 

Sharing images of Zorro and his burial, Trisha took to her social media handles to write, “My son Zorro passed away early this Christmas morning. For those who know me well know that my life has zero meaning henceforth. My family and I are broken and in a state of shock. Will be taking some time off work and will be off the radar.”

 

 

Trisha who recently completed 22 years in the film industry, is also part of several upcoming projects like Good Bad Ugly (Ajith Kumar), Thug Life (Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam), Suriya 45 in Tamil, Vishwambara (Chiranjeevi) in Telugu, and Ram (Mohanlal) in Malayalam.
