India women’s team thrashes Maldives 14-0 in international friendly
It was a goal-fest at the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence in Bengaluru as the India women’s football team thumped Maldives 14-0 in their first international friendly on Monday.
Pyari Xaxa netted an eight-minute hat-trick as the Blue Tigresses cruised to victory.
Both teams will play their second international friendly at the same venue on January 2.
