For every team in every match, 20 players must be named and present (from a squad of 24) of whom two must be goalkeepers wearing full protective equipment. No less than two and no more than five foreigners may be on the pitch for each team at any time during the match, including the goalkeeper.

In a shoot-out, no more than three foreigners may be used by each team.

Delhi SG Pipers will clash against the Shrachi Rarh Bengal Tigers in a Hockey India League 2024-25 clash at the Birsa Munda Stadium in Rourekala on Saturday. 

Delhi has played two matches till now. It opened its campaign with 4-2 shootout win against Team Gonasika but lost 4-5 in another shootout against the Hyderabad Toofans in its following clash. 

The Bengal Tigers have been in pristine form till now, winning both the matches it has played. In its first match, it won 3-2 against the Hyderabad Toofans and followed it up with a 2-1 win against Gonasika.
