Suriya’s Retro Movie Set to Release on May 1st
The much-anticipated movie “Retro,” starring Suriya, is all set to hit theaters on May 1. Directed by Karthik Subbaraj, the movie’s teaser was recently unveiled by the production team. The project has been jointly produced by 2D Entertainment and Stone Bench Creations. Filming was completed in a single schedule, and the team is currently focused on post-production work.
The movie features a stellar cast including Jayaram, Joju George, Pooja Hegde, and Karunakaran, alongside Suriya. Santhosh Narayanan has composed the music, while Shreyaas Krishna has handled cinematography.
The release date for “Retro” has now been officially announced. It is set to premiere on May 1, reportedly chosen in consideration of the April 10 release of Ajith’s film “Good Bad Ugly.” This strategic timing has been a topic of discussion in the film industry circles.
