Unveiling the Truth Behind Mishkin’s Intellectual Persona

Recently, the trailer launch event of “Bottle Radha,” produced by Pa. Ranjith, was held in Chennai. The event saw the participation of directors like Vetrimaaran, Mysskin, and Lingusamy as special guests. Mysskin’s speech during the event sparked significant controversy, leading to criticism from several members of the film fraternity.

At the trailer launch of “2K Love Story,” directed by Susienthiran, cinematographer and actor Aruldoss expressed his strong disapproval of Mysskin’s remarks. He criticized Mysskin, stating, “What Mysskin spoke on stage was extremely obscene. Just because you are a director, it doesn’t mean you can say anything. There should be stage decorum. Many famous personalities have graced the Prasad Lab stage before; this is unacceptable.”

Aruldoss further added, “You claim to have watched many world-class movies and read countless books, but where is that wisdom? Referring to everyone disrespectfully shows a lack of maturity. Recently, even at Bala’s 25th celebration, your remarks were inappropriate. At the ‘Bottle Radha‘ event, labeling someone as Ilaiyaraaja without merit doesn’t make sense.”

He accused Mysskin of being a “fake intellectual,” stating that his success stemmed from using formulaic stories and imitating foreign cinemas. Aruldoss concluded, “There’s already a stigma against the film industry; we don’t need to degrade ourselves further. Speak with civility at public events. These are my sentiments, and I register my strong disapproval.”
