‘Lubber Pandhu’ actress gears up for her first film as Director

Sanjana Krishnamoorthy, who played the heroine in the hit film Lubber Pandhu is reportedly set to make her directorial debut, and actor Kavin is said to be the hero of her first project.

Lubber Pandhu, starring Harish Kalyan and Attakathi Dinesh, was released last year and became a box-office success, with Sanjana’s performance earning praise from both audiences and critics. Sanjana, who also appeared in the popular web series Vadanthi, has been working as an assistant director on Mani Ratnam’s Thaklife, starring Kamal Haasan, where she played a small role as well.

For the past two years, Sanjana has been crafting a story for her directorial debut and searching for the right actor to bring it to life. After discussions, Kavin has reportedly agreed to star in her project, which will mark his 9th film.

An official announcement about the film, directed by Sanjana and featuring Kavin, is expected soon, and fans are eager to see what this collaboration will bring to the screen.
