Idly Kadai written, directed by, and starring actor Dhanush in the lead is an upcoming Tamil movie scheduled to release on April 10, 2025 marking the Tamil New Year weekend. A new poster of Idly Kadai was released by the makers on Saturday, and it reveals actor Arun Vijay’s first look from the movie.
The new Idly Kadai poster suggests that Arun Vijay plays a boxer in the movie. Actor Arun Vijay’s is the third character to be revealed from Idly Kadai following Nithya Menen and Rajkiran. Dhanush seemingly plays dual roles in the movie with the vintage Dhanush being Rajkiran’s son, and Nithya Menen’s partner, and the modern Dhanush assisting Arun Vijay in the boxing ring.
A Dawn Pictures and Wunderbar Films production, Idly Kadai also stars Shalini Pandey, Prakash Raj, Samuthirakani, among others. The movie has GV Prakash Kumar for music, and Red Giant Movies is the film’s distributor in Tamil Nadu.
