League Cup: Newcastle United humbles Arsenal to reach final
Newcastle United thrashed Arsenal 2-0 in the second leg of their League Cup tie at St. James’ Park on Thursday to advance to the final with 4-0 aggregate win.
Jacob Murphy scored the opening goal in 19th minute before Anthony Gordon made it 2-0 from an Arsenal defensive error.
Newcastle will face Liverpool or Tottenham in the final at Wembley on March 16.
