Yashasvi Jaiswal and Harshit Rana made their One-Day International debuts for India during the first match against England at the VCA Stadium in Nagpur.
Captain Rohit Sharma confirmed the inclusion of both players in the starting 11 at the coin toss for the opening encounter of the three-match series. England won the toss and opted to bat.
However, Virat Kohli could not be available for the contest due to an injury in training.
