Good Bad Ugly: Rs. 100 Cr. for Ajith at the TN Box Office!
In an official announcement, Mythri Movie Makers have confirmed that Ajith starrer Good Bad Ugly has exceeded Rs. 100 Cr+ in gross collections at the Tamil Nadu box-office. Good Bad Ugly had a five-day opening weekend including a state holiday for Tamil New Year this Monday, and the movie has crossed the Rs. 100 Cr box-office in the first 5 days of its theatrical run in Tamil Nadu.
Written and directed by Aadhik Ravichandran, Good Bad Ugly has Ajith playing a crime boss named ‘AK Red Dragon’, who is forced to face his dark past and new challenges, once released from 17 years of imprisonment. The movie has Trisha playing female lead, Arjun Das playing villain, among others.
Good Bad Ugly‘s blockbuster success has also helped Ajith reclaim his throne as the ‘King of opening’ at the Tamil box-office. The actor’s previous release Vidaamuyarchi, which released earlier this year, was met with lukewarm response worldwide.
