Jana Nayagan: Vijay’s last film nears completion!
Jana Nayagan starring Vijay in the lead is the actor-politician’s last movie, and latest on the film is that only 25 days of shooting remain for the project. Touted to be an official adaptation of the Telugu film Bhagavanth Kesari (2023), Jana Nayagan is directed by H Vinoth, and is expected to be releasing for Pongal, 2026.
Also starring Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde, Mamitha Baiju, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Priyamani, Prakash Raj, Narain, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, among others, Jana Nayagan has Anirudh Ravichander for music.
Post the shoot wrap of Jana Nayagan, Vijay is expected to shift his focus full time on preparing his Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) political party, to contest in the 2026 Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Elections.
