Coolie Daaha Theme unveils Anirudh’s own Breaking Bad universe!
It is no secret to those tuned into Tamil Cinema that music composer Anirudh Ravichander uses an alias Heisenberg to often write English lyrics to the songs he composes. Heisenberg is named after the lead character in the famous American series Breaking Bad, and now Anirudh has unleashed one more alias Lalo Salamanca, also a character from the same Breaking Bad show.
Besides the 8 tracks on Coolie‘s album, a new track titled ‘Daaha Theme‘ was recently unveiled by Sun Pictures. It is this new release that credits ‘Heisenberg’ for the lyrics, and ‘Lalo Salamanca’ for the vocals.
Fans have since commented that at this rate, Anirudh is unveiling his own ‘Breaking Bad universe’ in his studio. This comment comes in context of Coolie‘s writer-director Lokesh Kanagaraj having a cinematic universe called the LCU.
Coolie headlined by Superstar Rajinikanth released in theaters on August 14, 2025, and completes two weeks of theatrical run on Wednesday. The movie has a cameo by Bollywood star Aamir Khan as the villain ‘Daaha’.
