India beat Australia by four wickets at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Tuesday to advance to the final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Asked to chase down 265 runs by Australia, Virat Kohli scored 84 to steer India to its highest successful chase in Dubai.
The Men in Blue will now be in action on March 9 at the same venue. They will face the winner of the second semifinal which will take place in Lahore on Wednesday between South Africa and New Zealand.
This will be India’s fifth Champions Trophy final appearance and the third on the bounce. It previously played the title clashes in 2000, 2002, 2013 and 2017.
