IPL 2025 Purple Cap standings after KKR vs LSG: Shardul upto fifth after two-wicket haul; Noor continues on top

Shardul Thakur climbed up to fifth in the Purple Cap standings of IPL 2025 after picking up two wickets for Lucknow Super Giants away at Kolkata Knight Riders on Tuesday.

The medium-pacer picked up the key wickets of Ajinkya Rahane and Andre Russell to help his team earn a four-run win against the host.

Hardik Pandya climbed up to second after picking up two wickets in the Mumbai Indians contest against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru on Monday.

The India all-rounder also crossed the 200-wicket mark in T20s during the innings. Noor Ahmad of Chennai Super Kings continues to be on the top of the standings with 10 wickets.
