New Zealand will look to secure an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match T20I series against Pakistan when the two teams face off in the third T20I at Eden Park in Auckland on Friday.

The Kiwis posted comprehensive wins in the first two matches of the series against a new-look Pakistan team that struggled to come to terms with the conditions in New Zealand.

The Salman Agha-led side is without former skippers Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan and is looking to rebuild a team in a more aggressive mould ahead of next year’s T20 World Cup. New Zealand, too, is without most of its regulars, who are busy with Indian Premier League commitments, and is being led by all-rounder Michael Bracewell.

The third T20I between New Zealand and Pakistan will be held on Friday, March 21.
