Pro Kabaddi League 2025: Full list of retained players ahead of Season 12 Auction

The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) has announced the list of Elite Retained Players, Retained Young Players, and New Young Players ahead of the Season 12 auction, scheduled for May 31 and June 1 in Mumbai.

A total of 83 players have been retained:

25 in the Elite Retained Players (ERP) category

23 in the Retained Young Players (RYP) category

35 in the New Young Players (NYP) category

Key retained names include Sunil Kumar and Amirmohammad Zafardanesh (U Mumba), Jaideep Dahiya (Haryana Steelers), Surender Gill (UP Yoddhas), and Aslam Inamdar and Mohit Goyat (Puneri Paltan).

For the first time, star raider Naveen Kumar enters the auction. The PKL 8 winner has scored 1102 raid points across six seasons for Dabang Delhi, becoming the first player with 1000+ points for a single team before entering an auction.

Players are divided into four categories — A (Rs 30L), B (Rs 20L), C (Rs 13L), and D (Rs 9L) — and further grouped by position: Raiders, Defenders, and All-Rounders.

Each franchise has a total purse of Rs 5 Crore.
